Harper Turns One! >> Family R
I keep wondering about Future Harper as I’m editing.
The one that just turned 21, 31, even 81.
How Future Harper won’t remember what life was like on her first birthday. The neighborhood where she lived her first 12 months. How hard it was to manage that whole standing thing. The level of clear adoration her parents held for her when she was still growing into her personality. How precious these things all are, and how lucky I am to be able to offer a small vehicle towards understanding it with this set of images.
Because I hope that Future Harper will get to see, and will get to reflect, even if she can’t remember her life in these earliest of days.
Because there’s a whole lot of sweetness there, and I can’t wait for her to know how much.
Congrats on hitting your first birthday, Miss Harper!
