You remember the preview I posted of Kiana and Chase on the boat.
And you've been wondering when I'd get to blogging this incredible evening out on the Wisconsin lakes.

I'm happy about a lot of things as I post this afternoon.

Richie and Alex. Alex and Richie. They've got quite a lot to smile about, I'd say.

Anyone wanting a winter session, you can now thank Veronica and Cody for showing me how stupidly sweet they can be.
 

How do you know when you reallyreallyreally love a session?
We're going to figure this out in an organized, scientific manner. 

Can I let you in on a little secret?
I've never done a golden hour session in the AM before.
I've either been too nervous to suggest it, and/or my couple has flat out said they aren't morning people.
Because really, who wants to voluntarily wake up before the sun to curl your hair and road trip out to a cold and empty field, still wet with dew? I get it. Most days I'm in the same camp. 
But when Brittlyn and Taylor told me they were game for it, WHOOP, I was settin' that alarm clock with nothing but excitement and anticipation. 

It wasn't supposed to work.
Because they rarely do, unless you live in a rom-com.

"I'm looking at the weather and it's forecasted to storm but I'm not bothered by it."
Said no one ever.
Except, wait--

My favorite sessions + my favorite couples always have one key ingredient in common.
Any guesses what that may be?

I'm going to try to not make this sound like a love letter to Mitch and Kayli. That's the upfront goal. Projected success: 43% likely.
