Great.
It's what been coming to mind as I've been stitching these photos together, my gratitude riding a high wave.
First, to dearest Colorado: the weather gods for smiling upon us, and the beer gods for watching over us. (Wait till you see the brewery we stopped off at after the ceremony—this is what my wedding dreams are made of.)
To the bless-her-soul bridesmaid that held her hand over the light sensor the whole time Marie was getting dressed, doing her part to making sure her friend got the best images possible.
To the film Big Daddy for laying the groundwork and lending street cred to “invisibility glasses” as it pertained to our bashful ring bearer.
To the Blanca Peak table who kept dinner endlessly entertaining for me—that was the first time I’ve ever seen an appetizer juggled.
To the best man, for delivering a speech that earned enough laughter + applause to land in the hall of fame. 😉 That's one of the best I've heard yet.
To Marie’s parents for never knowing which direction to face for the Cupid Shuffle, and for provided some of my favorite dance floor photos of the night.
And lastly: to the Joe and Marie. For their sweetness, humility, and their ability to wear their hearts on their sleeves all day long. Thank you for trusting me with these memories. You guys are the bees knees. (If the bees knees look like kind, wonderful humans that are wonderfully in love, of course.)
