Dunno how I get so lucky, you guys.
These two: they're my dream couple.

Yes, they planned a pretty wedding. You bet that they're chock full of that classic Minnesota Nice. Sure, they're gorgeous creatures made even more lovely on this particular day. But it's not just that all the surface details were nice. It's that this lucky-in-love, 11/11 day was entirely thoughtful and steeped in love—looooove!!—the whole way through.

Even the days preceding, before any spotlight of attention was present, we were sitting across from each other at a corner table at the local brewery. Kelsey slid a robin's egg blue bag over to my side of the table and to my surprise and delight, a gorgeous passport holder was inside, the same color green as the boys' ties. And then the second gift: "We like your work because it feels alive; everyone looks so happy and cheerful." (Do you even know how happy it makes me to hear a compliment of that caliber? When one of the ultimate goals I strive for is recognized by such kind humans??)

Even weeks following, where K, J, guests, and vendors included have reached out with kind words and a shared excitement. It fills me up to the brim knowing that this pair, this group, trusts in my work with such warm enthusiasm.

This is the kind of wedding—the kind of couple—that just stays with you, occupying a cozy little corner of your photog heart.
