Since it's Minnesota and it's winter, it seems the thing to do in this scenario is brag that this whole day went down in -30F weather. However, my rule is to never fashion a blog post around the elements, because they really don't matter. Cold toes and red noses? Nope, I want to focus on warm hearts and BLUE DRESSES. (Yes, it's gonna warrant all caps every time. The first time I saw Kelley on her wedding day, my jaw literally dropped as the inspiration started kicking in full blast.)

So:
Meet Kelley and Blake.
She "shook hands like it was a business meeting."
He sat puzzling over which way was which on Kelley's claddagh ring.
It was a blind date that lasted for 4 hours, long past their cups of coffee went cold.
It was a whirlwind courtship that lasted 8 months until "I now pronounce you."

And now we're here.

We've landed at faces full of love. Kisses on the hand. (Claddagh pointing inwards now!) Sunshine twirls. Moments of prayer. Donuts with blue sprinkles. Hilarious speeches. Emotional speeches. And a forever date by the end of the night, the end of the year.

This was a New Year's Eve for the books, my friends.
