Josie + Jas >> Gorgeous Glacier National Park Elopement (West Glacier, Montana)

I have about 273 wonderful things to say about this day.
Here’s a couple.
(Plus a cute newly married couple. ;) )

I appreciate the full range of smiles in the Jas + Josie repertoire. They were ear-to-ear all evening, with distinct looks for each occasion. Champagne pop smile looks a bit more mischievous than the “Look, a goat!” laugh. The “I now pronounce” you smile beams bright, while the post-kiss smile is softer and more intimate.

Glacier and the people that go there are pretty special. I stopped trying to count how many honks we got from passersby on the road. I consider each of them part of the wedding party, anonymously filling their role as hype team.

Re: corona, I love that J+J decided on a route that would give them the best of both worlds: an elopement in the mountains and a big party next year within view of ‘em. This year has led to a lot of shifts with celebrations, and now these babes get 2 wedding days and an extra reel of memories.

”It’s a Polish wedding! Of course we’ll eat and drink!” Which meant that I had a personal champagne mini and that my cupholders were full of cupcakes on the drive out of the park. A first for both, and I’m not mad about it.

I’m still over the moon that I finally got to experience Going to the Sun Road. It surpassed all expectations, truly. Shout out to Montana, like woah!

And to think: this mountaintop is where things would lead, years after a New Year’s Eve kiss with a stranger at midnight. ;)

Congrats, J+J!
Can’t wait to party with the full crew next July.
(Which hopefully includes another wild goat or two.)

Vendor love!
