“Tomorrow work? Just bring whatever. Sometime in the morning. We’ll go with it!”
Impromptu shoots are my favorite. It’s in this mode that I feel my best creative work comes to light. Without any preconceived concepts to adhere to, you’re free to create and able to adapt as you go along. And it’s wholly refreshing.
To Lindsay’s credit, she arrived with a coffee in hand, a suitcase full of options, and smile which said, “Yes! I’m ready for whatever!” And it is with that attitude that we pulled together this shoot that is one of my new favorites to date. Although with some vintage picks from the closet, copious amounts of hairspray, and one certain Lindsay who nails every shot, every time? It’s hard for it to be anything but absolutely fabulous.

And it is here that the scattered outtakes must end; the next series of 4 I find far too elegant to include any snapshots of silly faces while a pair of insistent Mormons finally bike away in the background.
