It wasn’t until after Alyssa and Tim had booked their engagement session and wedding with me that I found out that the bride-to-be is also pretty hand with a camera and a portrait photographer herself. Say whaaaat? Photographing a photographer?! A supreme compliment, but also a bit nerve-wracking to be honest! Although silllllly me, I should have known after meeting Alyssa via Skype last winter that I would have nothing to fear. This sweet and bubbly girl had everything under control from the ensembles to the confidence and both bride and groom were naturals in front of the camera. It could not have been a more relaxed session and I’m thrilled to show you a slice of what we captured that evening.
(I was feeling so amped after the session I even jogged (jogged!) around the neighborhood for a few miles (few miles!), relishing the post-great-session glow. Now that is the real signifier of professional success for KH.
